Rental Qualifications and Requirements

A basic break down service is included in your rental to cover call outs for mechanical faults and accidents.

You can buy additional cover for the call out costs relating to breakdowns that are your fault, including for flat batteries, lost keys, out of fuel service or keys locked in the vehicle with our Premium Emergency Roadside Service (PERS)*.

If you purchase this option when renting a vehicle you can get free additional roadside assistance by contacting the dedicated numbers displayed on the key fob.

Premium Emergency Roadside Service is offered in most locations but can only be purchased at time of pick-up for an additional fee of € 9.76 (including tax) per day, € 68.32 (including tax) per week with a maximum of € 136.64 (including tax) per rental.

*Excludes the eventual cost to repair the vehicle and of any travel cost to change it.
