1. Where can I pick up my vehicle?
Hertz has over 200 locations in Italy where you can pick up your vehicle. See www.hertz.it for details.
2. Can I change the car if I don't like it?
Yes - We will always try and accommodate personal preferences so please contact your rental location if you require a vehicle change.
3. How long do I have to tie myself in for?
The minimum rental period with us is only 28 days which gives you great flexibility.
4. How can I pay for my rentals?
You are able to pay with any accepted non prepaid credit card. Companies can apply for a Company Business account.
5. How long does it take for you to provide me with a vehicle?
The majority of vehicles are available within 24 hours.
6. Am I able to add an additional driver to my rental?
Yes that’s possible at no extra charge.
7. Can I choose the car that I want?
We accept bookings for a car group, not for a specific model. We will always aim to accommodate preferences where possible.
8. Are there any mileage restrictions?
The standard included limit is from 1500 kms per 28 days although we are always willing to discuss requirements outside of this.
